Only in Utah will you see people laying out and working on their tans as soon as the weather gets above 50 degrees. Same thing for Idaho, but it's more like 30 degrees.

You can't lay out in Rexburg cause the wind is always blowing.
Ha, isn't this true! I called this behavior, "only in Idaho" when people wouldn't wear jackets and it was only 40 degrees out!
